Salle Auriol Seattle is pleased to introduce our new Lead Foil Coach, Alexander Siniak!
Alexander has coached for over 12 years, most recently as head coach at Ängby Fencing Club, Stockholm and also as the National Fencing Coach of the Swedish Foil Team. Prior to that he was head coach at Dinamo Fencing Club and Work Union's Fencing Club in Minsk, Belarus.
He studied physical education and fencing in all weapons at Belarusian State University, has a Master's degree, Master of Sport, Magistracy of the Belarusian State University of physical education and completed the FIE “High level” foil coach training and certification.
Prior to coaching, Alexander participated as an athlete for the Belarusian National Fencing Team. He represented Belarus in the World Championship, World Cup, and Universiade categories.
As the Lead Foil Coach for Salle Auriol Seattle, Alexander will be responsible for supporting and growing the Foil program comprised of Youth, Cadet, Junior, Senior and Veteran foil categories. In addition to teaching group classes and training sessions, Alexander is available for individual lessons.
